  • Free downloadable resources in exchange for an email address (user can unsubscribe at any time)

  1. Course Access and User Accounts

    To access our paid courses, you must create an account and login. Your login details are for your personal use only and must not be shared. All course materials, including videos, downloads, and resources, are intended for the registered user and may not be distributed or reproduced without written permission.

  2. Free Resources and Mailing List

    When you download a free resource, submit your details via a form, or sign up to attend an event (in-person or online, paid or unpaid) your email address will be added to our mailing list. We send regular emails about career tips, new resources, courses, and updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

  3. Payment and Refunds

    All payments for courses, coaching sessions, or digital products must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway (Stripe). We do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-use of services. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us to discuss your concerns on [email protected]

  4. Workshops and Business Services

    Organisations may request customised workshops or presentations. A separate proposal and agreement will be provided for such engagements. Terms of payment and delivery will be outlined in that agreement.
