My Outplacement & Redundancy Support Services provide a compassionate, practical way for organisations to support their staff through redundancy. Through one-to-one coaching, I help individuals process what’s happened, rebuild self-belief, and explore new career options that align with their strengths and values. Below is a sample outline of a 4 session package:
Session 1: Processing redundancy & rebuilding confidence
Focus: Emotional reset, strengths, and values

The Career Intensive is a one-day VIP experience that provides rapid clarity and a practical plan for immediate action. The Career Partnership offers deeper, ongoing support over two months - ideal for those wanting accountability, structure, and more sustained progress.
Sessions are offered either in person in Hastings or via Zoom for clients across New Zealand. The experience and outcomes are equally effective in both formats, and sessions are scheduled at times that suit your availability.
These services are ideal for people going through redundancy. The sessions provide space to process change, reframe your experience, and identify new opportunities. I also work with employers to deliver tailored outplacement support packages for staff in transition.
