MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Julia!
After 20+ years in the marketing industry, I hit a turning point in my early 40s. On the surface, my career looked successful, but deep down I felt disconnected. I realised my career hadn’t been designed.
It had just… happened.
That realisation changed everything. In 2017, after working through my own intentional and considered career transformation, I retrained in career development and set out to support women like me - women with experience and talent who are ready to start the next chapter of their career pathway.
