As an employer myself, I understand the stress and challenges that restructuring and redundancy brings for all parties involved.
My Independent Outplacement Support service follows best-practice career guidance and coaching processes with your employee's best interests as a core focus. I will help them to move on from their role feeling that you (the employer) have valued and supported them through this transition.
Ultimately this process is about building a picture of who they are as a unique individual, identifying and researching the options, and selecting a pathway that the individual feels in control of and empowered by, rather than feeling that they have few options. This process can often be very enlightening for the employee, who may not realise the range of options available to them.
It's my role to support the individual to uncover their transferrable skills, values, goals etc., provide them with impartial advice and tools to aid their mindset, help them to build a future vision for their career, and take action to achieve this.

OPTION 1 - foundation outplacement support
2 x 2-hour sessions (4 hours total)
Careers assessment/analysis (e.g. transferrable skills, aptitudes, personality, work style, organisational role,workplace environment etc.)
Goal setting + basic career planning
CV + cover letter development
Interview preparation
Investment: $1650
OPTION 2 - comprehensive outplacement support
3 x 2-hour sessions (6 hours total)
Careers assessment/analysis (e.g. transferrable skills, aptitudes, personality, work style, organisational role, workplace environment etc.)
Interests, values, goals + purpose alignment
Goal setting + strategic career planning
CV + cover letter development
Interview preparation
Support to analyse and apply for relevant roles (max. 4 roles)
Investment: $2200

Online profiling assessment tools may be used to support the sessions (included in the price)
The sessions would be held fortnightly, either in-person at my office (209 Queen St East, Hastings), or alternatively via Zoom
No matter which option selected, if you'd like to extend our work together we can definitely do this based on the needs at the time
