No! My role is to guide you through the process, offer advice, recommendations and feedback. Sometimes I may ask tough questions or provide thoughts that come from a different perspective, but this is all part of the process. It is my job to help you gain a clear understanding of all your options so you can make well-informed decisions and take aligned action to help achieve your goals. But ultimately the decisions are yours to make.

I meet with clients at my office in Hastings, at their office, or via Zoom. I have clients located across the country, so Zoom is not a problem; it allows my clients to set up for their session in a quiet, private place where they feel most comfortable, with no lost travel time.
-
My private meeting room is located within the Creative Marketing office: 1st Floor, 209 Queen Street East, Hastings (big black building to the left of Brave Brewing - to access, walk down the driveway to the right of the building – there is a door near the back of the building with entry to a stairwell. Come up to the first floor and take a seat on one of the couches in the reception area.)
I also hold many of my sessions via Zoom or Google Meet, so can help you no mater where you’re located.
-
Yes, there is parking on the road outside my office. Please make sure to pay for parking via the machines, as parking wardens do patrol.

My initial consultation is via a 15-minute phone or Zoom call to discuss your situation, so I can understand more about your requirements and answer any questions you may have.
This is an opportunity for me to get to know you, but also for you to get to know me and my style, so you can feel 100% confident that I am the right person to help you.
If, after our initial consultation, you decide that you don’t want to proceed any further (for whatever reason), that is absolutely fine.
-
Absolutely. If you consider the costs involved (time, money, emotional and mental) of proceeding down the wrong track for study, or being in a job you hate for hours on end, day-after-day, year-after-year, my services are an incredibly worthwhile investment in your own wellbeing.
The fact is that when you have a life and career that you want, and you feel truly fulfilled and happy, the money invested will be more than worth it.
-
If you’re not happy at any time, please phone me or email me with your concerns so that we can discuss them. If I do not know you are unhappy or have concerns, I am not able to resolve them!
